After working in fixed income sales at Bear Stearns, Matt Tuttle launched Tuttle Wealth Management in 2003. In 2012, he launched an SMA shop, Tuttle Tactical Management (now known as Tuttle Capital Management), and in 2015 TCM debuted its first ETFs with help from Virtus' ETF Issuer Solutions.
