Laura Del Prato is joining Cohen, which works with mutual funds hedge funds, broker-dealers and advisors. Del Prato's specialties include investment valuation, complex capital structures, acquisitions, share based payments and public offerings.

Cohen Fund Audit Services Welcomes Laura Del Prato

Cleveland, OH & Milwaukee, WI –Cohen Fund Audit Services is pleased to announce the addition of Laura Del Prato, CPA, as partner at the firm. She will be based out of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.

As partner in the Accounting and Auditing department, Laura’s specialties include investment valuation, complex capital structures, acquisitions, share based payments and public offerings and registration statements. Laura has over 22 years experience in the investment company industry at a Big 4 firm, where she served as an audit partner for the last 8 years. Laura has significant experience in advising clients with operational, financial reporting, regulatory and internal control issues in the investment management and alternative asset management industries. Laura will settle in to the Milwaukee office adding to the depth and breadth of services in this area.
