More than 2,000 financial advisors, plus fundsters from about 70 fund firms and other FA allies, are converging in Southern California for the rest of the week.

kicking off
Pershing Insite 2017 in San Diego today. The broker-dealer and RIA clearing and custody ally (and
BNY Mellon's subsidiary) is hosting its three-day conference at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego. Pre-conference sessions begin this morning, and the main event starts up this afternoon and continues through mid-day on Friday. Tomorrow night Pershing will take over a city block in San Diego's Gaslamp district for the closing Insite Block Party.
More than 100 speakers are scheduled to make appearances at this year's conference. Pershing-related executives expected to speak include:
