Want (or need) to know what makes
New York Times reporter Diana Henriques tick?
Editor and Publish profiles the reporter who was a 2004 Pulitzer finalist for her reporting on the sales of fund products to members of the military. She is also the author of
Fidelity's World.
It turns out that Henriques caught the reporting bug after working in a newsroom as part of a high school program that exposed students to the working world.
She also says that she has preferred "document" reporting to source based reporting because it providers a more level playing field to women who lack "old boys club" sources.
"The best stories always start with a tip," she adds.
