American Express Financial Advisors, soon to be known as 
Ameriprise Financial, is close to signing a deal to become the first tenant of 7 World Trade Center, according to an unnamed source, reports 
Reuters.
AEFA is looking at a 20,000 square foot space at 7 World Trade, the first WTC building to be reconstructed. The original building was adjacent to the Twin Towers.
While the asking price of the building is $50 per square foot, AEFA will likely pay approximately $35 per square foot after incentives.
