Frank Lucibella has rejoined John Hancock Funds as a portfolio manager for the fund firm's municipal bond investment group.

Lucibella will co-manage the John Hancock High-Yield Municipal Bond Fund and the John Hancock Tax-Free Fund.

Lucibella leaves a position with Columbia Management as a senior fixed income trader. Prior to joining Columbia, Lucibella spent 14 years at John Hancock Funds as a muni bond portfolio manager.

Paul Antico has returned from a leave of absence to manage the Fidelity Small Cap Stock fund, reports Morningstar. The manager took leave in the second quarter, with an expectation to return at the end of the summer.

In his absence, Katherine Collins, group lead of equity research, and Rich Thompson, sector leader of international small-cap research for Fidelity International Limited, co-managed the fund.
