T. Rowe Price has broadened its stable of Advisor Class funds targeted at third-party distribution.
Officials at the Baltimore-based firm said Thurday that its Dividend Growth Fund and New America Growth Fund are now offering Advisor Class shares, raising the number of funds that offer such shares to 26. The fund firm launched its advisor shares in March 2000.
The shares bear a 12b-1 fee of 25 basis points and are distributed through financial intermediaries, said
John Cammack, head of Third Party Distribution for T. Rowe Price.
Cammack added that the two funds are intended for intermediaries' asset allocation programs and for meeting their payment needs.
