Nuveen Investments said Friday it has started a dual listing on the NASDAQ for two of its exchange-traded closed-end funds.

The dual listing of the Nuveen Equity Premium Opportunity Fund and Nuveen Equity Premium Income Fund enables the firm to "serve a broader cross-section of investors interested in this market," said Bill Adams, executive vice president Nuveen Investments, in a statement.

The move follows the Chicago-based firm’s dual listing of its Equity Premium Advantage Fund last September.
