A top executive involved in Bisys' fund business has parted ways with the back office specialist.
George F. Evans, who had overseen business development for the firm's mutual fund and asset management-related services left the company about two weeks ago, the MFWire has learned.
Bisys officials were not immediately available for comment.
The revelation comes only a day after the announcement of the impending departure of president and CEO
Russell Fradin.
It remained unclear at publication why Evans left and who is taking over his duties.
