A judge has dismissed an derivative lawsuit against the distributors and advisors of nine Salomon Smith Barney. Dow Jones reports that the suit, which alleged that fund shareholders were charged excessive fees, was dismissed by U.S. District Judge Paul A. CrottyJames Sabella, said an appeal is "being actively considered."
