In today's WSJ FundTrack, John Spence raises the question of whether Vanguard's unique ownership structure will stay intact when John Brennan hands over control to William McNabb sometime this year. Brennan tells Spence that the company's structure is what sets Vanguard apart and so there are no plans to change it. "It's a great differentiator for us as an organization. I can't foresee a time when Vanguard isn't like this; it's who we are," Brennan explained.
