The COO position is newly created, according to a spokeswoman for the company. The position's responsibilities were previously handled by CEO Mark Anderson
, who resigned earlier this month.
The company is still going through the due diligence process with respect to the CEO position with Bradley Wells
filling in on an interim basis.

Ms. Anderson holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from Minot State University.
