Company Press Release

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RMR Advisors, Inc. today announced it has expanded its investment offerings with the addition of RMR Real Estate Securities Fund, its first open end mutual fund.

The Fund seeks total return through both capital appreciation and current income from investments in real estate securities. Normally, the Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in common and preferred stocks of real estate investment trusts, or REITs.

RMR Real Estate Securities Fund offers three classes of shares: Class A (RRASX), Class C (RFSCX) and Class I (RRSIX). To learn more about the Fund, individual investors should contact their financial advisor or investment professional, or visit the Fund’s website, www.rmrfunds.com. RMR Real Estate Securities Fund is distributed by Foreside Distribution Services, L.P.

The Fund is advised by RMR Advisors, Inc., or RMR Advisors, an affiliate of Reit Management & Research LLC, or RMR. RMR Advisors was founded in 2003 and is focused on investing in real estate securities, including REITs, and other high dividend paying securities. RMR Advisors currently manages seven closed end mutual funds and as of March 31, 2008 had approximately $400 million in assets under management. RMR has been an owner and manager of commercial real estate since 1986 and currently manages three publicly listed equity REITs and two publicly listed real estate based operating companies. As of March 31, 2008, the real estate securities fund and real estate companies managed by RMR Advisors and RMR had in combination a total market capitalization of nearly $15 billion.

Investors should consider the Fund’s investment objective, risks, charges and expenses. This and other information is in the prospectus, a copy of which may be obtained by calling (866) 759-5680 or visiting the Fund’s website, www.rmrfunds.com. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing. The Fund is designed for long-term investors, and investors should be aware of the special risks associated with investing in the Fund. As with any mutual fund investment, an investor may lose money. Because prices of equity securities fluctuate from day to day, the value of the Fund’s portfolio and the price per share will vary based upon general market conditions and the value of the securities held in the Fund’s portfolio.
