This week's edition of Morningstar's Fund Times features a new fund and new faces.

Legg Mason plans to launch a new dividend focused fund. The Equity Income Builder fund will be managed by Clearbridge Advisors' Hersh Cohen and Peter Vanderlee.

Meanwhile, MFS has switched up the management teams on three of its funds. Robert Lau has been added to the MFS International New Discovery fund, Ward Brown will join the MFS Emerging Markets Debt fund, and Jeff Constantino will replace Nick Smithie on the MFS Global Growth fund.
