The number of Fidelity alumni within Putnam Investments continues to grow. The latest addition to the list is Scott Sipple, who joined the Boston firm in the newly created role of head of strategic relationships. He reports to Bill Connolly, head of global distribution.

Sipple, 47, previously led the bank trust unit at Fidelity.

"His duties have been assumed by others within the group," Fidelity spokeswoman Jenny Engle told The MFWire.
