Artisan Partners has hired David Samra to lead an international value investment team. Samra joins Artisan from Harris Associates, where he was a portfolio manager and an analyst.
International value is Artisan's second international strategy, joining Artisan's international growth strategy. Mark Yockey heads up that team.
