is sub-advised by Newton Capital Management
, one of BNY Mellon's investment boutiques. The company now has 140 mutual funds.
According to the SEC filing
, the fund comes in A, C and I class shares and carries an expense ratio of 150, 225 and 125 basis points respectively.
Newton's director of investment management, James Harries
, is the fund's portfolio manager.
The fund is distributed by MBSC Securities
