Will UniCredit offload all or just a portion of Pioneer Investments? The answer will depend on the Basel III financial regulations, UniCredit chief financial officer Marina Natale told Dow Jones Newswires.

"UniCredit is evaluating all possible options," Natale was quoted as saying. She added that the decision likewise depends on "how banks will be asked to book minority stakes of financial companies," under the new regs.
