At a shindig in Chicago last night, the
Mutual Fund Education Alliance revealed the winners of the 2011 Star Awards, which recognize excellence in print and online communications.

The awards dinner was held at the Fairmont Chicago Millenium Park.
MFEA announced a total of more than 100 winners. There were three broad categories -- retail communications, advisor communications and plan participant communications. In the the sub-categories within those, the MFEA recognized winners in four asset levels: small, medium, large
and large plus.
