1492 Capital Management is gearing up to launch a pair of funds. The Milwaukee-based firm plans to to launch the 1492 Small Cap Value Fund and 1492 Small Cap Growth Fund early next year, according to 1492's service provider, Huntington Asset Services, in a press release.

Both funds come with an expense ratio of 110 basis points. [ SEC filing]

1492 hired Huntington Asset Services as transfer agent, fund accountant and administrator, Huntington National Bank as custodian, Cohen Fund Audit Services as independent registered public accounting firm and Unified Financial Securities as distributor.

1492 is also working with Huntington on a collective investment fund.
