American Beacon Advisors [profile] is taking four funds under its wing.

The Fort Worth, Texas-based mutual fund firm is working on adopting:

Bridgeway Capital's Bridgeway Large-Cap Value [ SEC filing]

Stephens Investment Management Group's Stephen Small Cap Growth and Stephens Mid Cap Growth [filing] and

Holland Capital's Lou Holland Growth [filing]

Gene Needles, president and CEO of American Beacon, was not immediately available for comment on the adoptions. Representatives for Bridgeway [profile], Stephens [ profile] and Holland Capital [profile] also could not immediately be reached for comment.
