Ben Fulton and his crew at Invesco PowerShares are preparing to add a pair of products to their roster of high-beta ETFs.

Expected to begin trading tomorrow are PowerShares S&P Emerging Markets High Beta Portfolio and PowerShares S&P International Developed High Beta Portfolio.
