Dolan has worked as an advisor, a relationship manager, an internal wholesaler, an external wholesaler and as a sales manager. He spent 14 years at Legg Mason, most recently as eastern divisional sales manager before leaving next . Prior to that he worked with Citicorp, Dean Witter, Dreyfus and Kemper.

Joseph Dolan joins kasina’s team as Director of Sales, Principal.
NEW YORK, May 9, 2012 – To support the distribution of its consulting, research and benchmarking services, kasina is hiring Joseph "Joe” Dolan as its Director of Sales, Principal. Mr. Dolan, whose industry experience spans over 20 years, will head the sales operation for kasina’s U.S. based business.
Asset managers and insurers rely on kasina to help them understand where the industry is going and what they must do to prepare for the future of distribution. “Joe knows exactly the kinds of challenges and opportunities facing asset managers, and I’m excited to have him as a part of our team,” says Steven Miyao, kasina’s CEO.
Mr. Dolan started his career working his way through college on the 4-to-12 shift on an inbound sales desk. Over his long and varied career, Joe has been a Financial Advisor, an Internal Wholesaler, a Sales Desk Manager, an External Wholesaler, a Relationship Manager, and a Divisional and National Sales Manager. Most recently, Joe was the Eastern Divisional Sales Manager for Legg Mason.
Mr. Dolan graduated from Hofstra University with a BS in Applied Economics. He is a Registered Principal, Series 24, and is currently studying for his CIMA and CAIA.
