Kathleen Gaffney, who co-PMed the firm's high profile $22 billion 
Loomis, Sayles Bond Fund, among other funds, has jumped ship to join rival 
Eaton Vance Corp [
profile], 
Reuters reported. 
 
Gaffney, 50, reportedly stepped down from that fund and four others, according to a securities filing on Monday. Including the five funds and others, including offshore vehicles, Gaffney had co-managed a total of $84 billion, according to 
Reuters.
 
She had co-PMed the Loomis funds with 
Dan Fuss, 79, Loomis' high-profile fixed income PM, since 1997, according to the newswire.
 
According to the newswire, Fuss has no immediate plans to retire and will continue to run products with co-PMs, including 
Matthew Eagan, 46, and 
Elaine Stokes, 47. Both became co-PMs with Fuss and Gaffney in 2007.
