Its the end of the road for one PM team, and soon their mutual fund will disappear, too.

RS Capital Appreciation's entire management team was removed by RS Investments [profile], reports Morningstar.

The members of the management team were David Carr, Larry Coats and Christy Phillips.

The RS Capital Appreciation Fund will be merged with RS Growth Fund in March and will be handled by Stephen Bishop, Melissa Chadwick-Dunn, and D. Scott Tracy.

Officials at RS declined to comment to Morningstar.
