State Street's [profile] "Mr. Risk," Fred Goodwin, sees the bullishness of active fund managers as being at "“an intergalactic high,” reported Brendan Conway of Barron's.

Conway further notes that the National Association of Active Investment Managers's survey showed an investment rate of 104 percent, only the second time that rate has ever gone over 100 percent.
