On May 29, 2013, the board of trustees of USA Mutuals [profile] approved changes to the investment objective and principal investment strategies of the Generation Wave Growth Fund. The investment objective of the fund is capital appreciation over the long term with low volatility and low correlation to the equity markets. [SEC Filing].
