Win Neuger, former chief executive of PineBridge [profile] has been elected to the board of WisdomTree [profile].

He replaces James Robinson IV, managing partner of RRE Ventures one of the initial venture backers of the Company in 2004, who is stepping down from WisdomTree's board.

Neuger was previously a member of WisdomTree's board from January 2007 to December 2009.

Neuger served as vice-chairman of the board of directors of PineBridge Investments, an independent asset manager offering investment opportunities in emerging and developed markets, from March 2012 until January 2013.

Prior to serving vice-chairman, Neuger was chief executive officer and chair of the executive committee of PineBridge from March 2010 until March 2012.

Before that, Neuger served as executive vice-president of the American International Group, as well as chairman and chief executive officer of AIG Investments, AIG's asset management company, from December 2008 to March 2010.

Prior to January 2009, Neuger served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Investment Officer of the American International Group as well as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AIG Investments.

Win Neuger Elected to WisdomTree Board of Directors
James D. Robinson IV Retires From Board NEW YORK, July 24, 2013 -- WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (WETF), an exchange-traded fund ("ETF") sponsor and asset manager, announced today that Win Neuger, former CEO of PineBridge Investments, has been elected to the board of directors. Mr. Neuger was previously a member of WisdomTree's board from January 2007 to December 2009.

The Company also announced that James Robinson IV, Managing Partner of RRE Ventures, LLC, one of the initial venture backers of the Company in 2004, is stepping down from WisdomTree's board.
