SunAmerica Prepares to Merge Three Funds

SunAmerica [profile] has scheduled a special joint shareholders meeting to be held on October 10 for the shareholders of the Focused Large-Cap Growth Portfolio and SunAmerica Value Fund. The purpose of this meeting is to approve a proposed reorganization of the two funds into the SunAmerica Focused Alpha Large-Cap Fund. [SEC Filing]
