BlackRock won the ETF flows race in 2013, garnering $61 billion, reports the Financial Times. That was a drop of 30 percent from 2012. Meanwhile, Vanguard pulled in $60.2 billion, its best year ever, up 12.5 percent from 2013. State Street generated $18.3 billion, down 52.6 percent from the previous year.
