She has experience tackling big projects. While at Matthews, where she worked for nearly eight-years, Morris helped grow the firm's assets from $5 billion to over $26 billion. She oversaw client management and business development.
Before that, she served as a partner and director of sales and marketing at Advisor Partners
, a startup firm that handled tax-managed, index-based separate accounts. There she helped assets grow from $30 million ot $300 million.
Before that, she served as a vice president at JP Morgan
, where she helped build the firm's separate account, mutual fund and sub-advisory arms.
