It is the online disclosure of the B-D outlining the likely revenue-sharing fees that mutual funds pay to be on the platform, among other things.

For example, according to the disclosure, fund firms pay up to 14 basis points on fund purchases and/or up to 30 basis points per year on mutual fund assets.

Some fund families may pay a minimum annual fee of up to $75,000.
