It's time to celebrate financial advisors, and in Times Square too.

Today begins the first ever National Financial Advisors Week conference, hosted by AdviceIQ.

The event is scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m. with a keynote speech by RCS Capital executive chairman Nicholas Schorsch. RSC is the main sponsor of the event.

Today's agenda includes a number of panels, including an 11 a.m. event featuring Ara Oghoorian, President of ACap Asset Management; H. Jude Boudreaux, Founder, Upperline Financial Planning, and Sophia Bera, Founder, Gen Y Planning.

Panel events will be held at Town Hall Center at 123 West 43rd Street, New York, New York, in the heart of Times Square.
