Management, PM or Subadvisor updates

Charles A. Barragato is no longer a trustee of Arrow Investments Trust as of July 1.

Princeton Futures Strategy Fund will no longer have 6800 Capital L.L.C. as a subadvisor after they resigned. Robert T. Keck, John W. McDonnell, Rees Keck and Alyssa Hughes will no longer be the PMs.

Satuit Capital Management, LLC replaced West Shore Group, LLC as the investment advisor for the Two Roads Shared Trust as of July 1.

As of July 1, LMCG Investments, LLC serves as a subadvisor to the Touchstone Small Cap Value Fund, replacing DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc.

New trustees have been elected to handle the Manager Directed Portfolios of Roxbury Funds.

James McCarthy will no longer be a portfolio manager for the Ultra-Short Duration Government Portfolio and the Short Duration Portfolio. He will be replaced by John Olivo.

The following funds, Elfun Government Money Market Fund; Elfun Tax-Exempt Income Fund; Elfun Diversified Fund; Elfun International Equity Fund and Elfun Trusts, will now have SSGA Funds Management as an investment advisor. SSGA will take over for GE Asset Management Incorporated.

Nuveen Funds added a few new trustees. Albin F. Moschner is a new director/trustee. Margo L. Cook was appointed as an "interested director/trustee" and took over for Thomas S. Schreier after his retirement. Nathaniel T. Jones, as of June 15, replaced Sherri A. Hlavacek as the Vice President and Treasurer of Nuveen Funds.

New Strategies

Prime Series of PFM Funds plans to operate as a money market fund starting October 3.

Reorganization

Aberdeen Funds will reorganize the Aberdeen Emerging Markets Debt Local Currency Funds, a series of the Trust, into the Aberdeen Emerging Markets Debt Fund.

Terminated Funds

Calamos ETF Trust's fund, the Calamos Focus Growth ETF, will be liquidated in early August.
