ETF Managers Trust's chief compliance officer is Reshma J. Amin, as of July 18.

Juan Hartsfield will serve as the lead PM for Invesco Small Cap Growth Fund on June 30, 2017. Juliet Ellis, the current lead PM, will remain the chief investment officer.

Hartsfield will also become the lead PM for Invesco Small Cap Equity Fund on the same day.

New Strategies

On Sept. 15, the J.P. Morgan Small Cap Core Fund's Select Shares will be redesignated and renamed as Class R5 shares. On Aug, 12, the Select Shares offerings will be limited.

The Russell 2000 Value Index will serve as the benchmark for the Franklin Small Cap Value Fund on Sept. 30, replacing the Russell 2500 Value Index.

Terminated Funds

Neuberger Berman Equity Funds' board of trustees plans to liquidate the Neuberger Berman All Cap Core Fund and Neuberger Berman Large Cap Disciplined Growth Fund on or around Aug. 19. At the closing of business on Aug. 5, these funds will not accept purchases from new investors.

The Federated Enhanced Treasury Income Fund will be liquidated on or around Aug. 12.

The DFA International Value ex Tobacco Portfolio will be liquidated on or around Sept. 16.

The Brown Advisory Multi-Strategy Fund will cease operations and should be liquidated on or around Aug. 12.

Even Keel Managed Risk Fund, Even Keel Opportunities Managed Risk Fund, Even Keel Explorer Managed Risk Fund, and the Even Keel Traveler Managed Risk Fund, as of June 18, are no longer offering public shares. The funds will discontinue operations on Aug. 15.
