, 56, head of global developed credit at the Los Angeles-based fixed income asset manager, died yesterday at the University of Virginia Medical Center after she and her family were "struck by a car making a left turn from Bond Street onto District Avenue" near the Stonefield shopping center in Ablemarle County, Virginia, according to a statement from the county police department. on the passing of Baha on her Twitter page along with a copy of a letter from the police department. The letter states the fatal crash occurred just before 1 p.m. on Sunday "in the area of the Stonefield shopping center." The letter goes on to indicate that Baha, who is from San Marino, California, "died from her injuries at the UVa Medical Center." Baha and her family were there to drop off her son, an underclassman at the University of Virginia
