Chen and Chiu have been appointed to the board of directors. Chen also serves as chairman and CEO of Shanda Group, as well as vice chairman of the board of directors and as a member of the nominating & corporate governance committee. Chiu also serves as president of the Shanda Group.

Promotion: Sherry Moreland

Moreland has been appointed president of the investor communications solutions provider. She joined the firm in 2007 as director of issuer services, and since 2013, she served as chief operating officer. She will continue to retain the later position in conjunction with her new role as president.

George is joining the fund's Catholic advisory board. George is a professor at Princeton, and he also serves as Princeton's McCormick chair in jurisprudence and is the director of the James Madison Program in American ideals and institutions.
