Voya Investment Management where she served as senior product manager. Noschese joined as part of the DC I-O sales team focused in the Midwest, based in Chicago. Previously, Noschese was employed at Putnam Investments as a defined contribution investment specialist. Kasa joined the team as part of the DC I-O Sales team focused in the Southwest, and is based in Newport Beach. Previously, he was employed at 
American Century Investments as a VP for DC I-O sales. Lastly, Gandhi will join the team in mid-May with responsibility for DC I-O institutional sales based in Boston. Previously he worked in 
LMCG Investments’ institutional business as director.

appointed to Legg Mason's executive board, which will bring the total count of executive committee positions to nine, effective June 1. Cashman will join as global head of communications and engagement. Previously, she was senior managing director and co-head of U.S. sales at Legg Mason. Kenney will join as global head of affiliate strategic initiatives, a role he has held since 2015.  Lattin will join as chief human resources officer, a role she has held since 2009. In addition to these appointments, 
Jeff Masom will be named head of U.S. sales, responsible for US sales and national accounts.
