Week In Preview, March 25-31

Today the Crane Data team is kicking off their third annual Bond Fund Symposium. The two-day event is being held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel (in Philadelphia).

Tomorrow the InvestmentNews team is hosting one of their 2019 Women Adviser Summits, this time at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort in Huntington Beach, California. The next one will be in May in Chicago.

Also tomorrow, the Fixed Income Analysts Society, Inc. (FIASI) team will host a members-only breakfast networking event at the Comfort Diner in New York City.

On Thursday, the Money Management Institute (MMI) team will kick off their 2019 MMI Sales & Marketing Leadership Summit, this time at the Mandarin Oriental in Miami. The two-day, sold-out event is being co-chaired by Noreen Beaman, CEO of Brinker Capital, and Troy Thornton, managing director and head of U.S. retail distribution at Goldman Sachs, and the theme is "The Change Imperative: Agility and Innovation in an Evolving Landscape."

Also on Thursday, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) team will host a meeting of its Investor Advisory Committee. The one-day event is open to the public and will be held in the multipurpose room at the SEC's headquarters in Washington, D.C. Topics on the agenda include "investor protection under the modern exchange regulatory structure," "disclosures on human capital," and "trends in investment research."

Also on Thursday, the ETF.com team will host their sixth annual ETF.com Awards Dinner, again at the Lighthouse on Pier 61 in New York City. Dave Nadig, CEO of ETF.com, and John Swolfs, CEO of Inside ETFs, will emcee the event.
