A 19-year Invesco [profile] veteran in Texas is moving on, even as the Atlanta-based fund firm integrates its biggest acquisition ever.

Houston-based Charlie Sylvester has left the company, MFWire has learned. He served as a senior regional vice president.

Mike Eustic, national sales manager, third party at Invesco, did not immediately return a call for comment. Jeaneen Terrio, an Invesco spokeswoman, declined to comment, citing company policy.

Sylvester is an alumnus of Sam Houston State University. He's been registered with Invesco since 2000.
