A 15-year Invesco [profile] veteran in Pennsylvania is moving on.

Regional vice president Thomas Bourg, based in the Pittsburgh area, has left Invesco, MFWire has learned. The move comes as Invesco digests OppenheimerFunds, its biggest acquisition yet.

An Invesco spokeswoman declined to comment, citing company policy. Invesco's Mike Guman, who had been a senior advisor consultant (based in the Allentown, Pennsylvania area) with OpFunds before the merger, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Bourg, an alumnus of Illinois State University, worked at MetLife before joining Van Kampen (now part of Invesco) in 2004.
