New York City-based Jeff Hughes recently left Atlanta-based Invesco [profile] and his role as national sales manager behind.

A spokesperson from Invesco was not immediately available for comment.

Hughes' departures comes as the Invesco team digests their biggest acquisition yet.

A Virginia Tech alumnus, Hughes spent 18 years of his professional career at Invesco: 16 as vice president of institutional sales, and the later two years as national sales manager. Prior to his time at Invesco, Hughes served as vice president of sales at Pimco/OCC Distributors.
