On Wednesday afternoon starting at 2pm eastern, the NICSA team will host "The Future of Marketing and Regulatory Communications," a webinar sponsored by Broadridge. The event, moderated by Naissance Partners president Mike McLaughlin, will also feature John Closson (vice president at Broadridge); Ed Hrybenko (vice president at Broadridge), and Duane Mattson (vice president and senior compliance officer at Pimco).

Also on Wednesday, the Aite Group team will host their Wealth Management Roundtable and Networking Forum. The half-day, now-virtual event will start at 8:15am eastern, will feature several panels, including one honoring the winners of Aite's first Digital Wealth Management Impact Innovation Awards.

Also on Wednesday, the MMI team will continue their 2020 MMI Alternative Investments Forum. The weekly series started last Wednesday and will continue each Wednesday through August 5. This week's topic is, "The Importance of Advisor Education," and the event will feature : Brendan Conway, vice president of private wealth solutions at Blackstone; Aaron Filbeck, associate director of content development at CAIA; Tim Maurer, director of advisor development at Buckingham Strategic Wealth; and Andrew Smith Lewis, chief innovation officer at CAIS.

On Thursday, the SEC's Asset Management Advisory Committee will conduct a special meeting on "improving diversity and inclusion in the asset management industry." The virtual meeting, like their in-person ones, will be open to the public (for viewing and for commenting electronically or on paper).

Also on Thursday, starting at 3pm eastern, the MFDF team will host third issue of "In Focus: Effective Virtual Meetings." The online event will feature Carol McMullen, on the board of the AllianceBernstein Funds and managing director of Slalom.

On Friday morning, before the market opens, the BlackRock team will release their Q2 earnings report. Management will host an earnings call at 8:30am eastern.

Also on Friday morning, at 7:30am eastern, the team at SSGA parent State Street will release their Q2 earnings report. Management will host an earnings call at 10am eastern.
