The folks at a $2.2-trillion-AUM (as of December 31), 8,000-plus-person mutual fund firm are preparing to add three more active ETFs to their lineup.

On Tuesday, the Capital Group [profile] team filed to launch the Capital Group Core Balanced ETF, the Capital Group International Equity ETF, and the Capital Group World Dividend Growers ETF. All three funds are listed as slated for launching this year, but that's as specific as the timing gets.

For all three planned funds, the Cap Group team has not revealed their tickers, expense ratios, or portfolio managers.

All three new ETFs will use the same service provider team that serves Cap Group's current ETFs. That team includes: American Funds Distributors, Inc. as distributor and principal underwriter; Capital Research and Management Company as investment advisor; Dechert LLP as counsel; PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent accountant; and State Street Bank and Trust Company as custodian, dividend disbursing agent, and transfer agent.

The filings come after Cap Group launched its first six ETFs back in February 2022, followed by the launch of three more ETFs in October 2022.
