Yesterday, the teams at
Great Place to Work and
Fortune unveiled their 2023
list of the
Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials. The Great Place to work team has been gathering data for more than 25 years, and this year's list is based on a survey of more than 1.3 million U.S. employees. "Companies with the broadest set of employees who report positive workplace experience receive the highest rankings on lists," the Great Place to Work team explains.
In the mutual fund business,
Baird tops this year's list, ranking 28th. Next up is
Edward Jones (home of
Bridge Builder funds), which ranks 30th. And
Nationwide ranks 62nd.
Two companies in the retirement plan recordkeeping business also made this year's list. Our sister publication,
401kWire has more details.
