Trust Company of the West (TCW [see profile]) v. Jeff Gundlach is not over yet. Sources close to the trial confirmed that on Tuesday the judge scheduled an evidentiary hearing for October 25.

At that hearing, TCW's attorneys will present evidence to convince the judge to award TCW $89 million for the trade secret theft, and DoubleLine's [see profile] attorneys will try to convince the judge to award DoubleLine attorneys fee and late-payment penalties for the $66.7 million back pay awarded last week by the jury.
