| Robert L. Manning|
MFS Investment Management
The oldest mutual fund firm faced a crisis seven years ago along with the industry that put Robert Manning into the top job. Since then, Manning has rejuvenated the firm and elevated a new generation of talent to leadershop posts.
In July, Manning took over as chairman from Robert Pozen. At that time MFS' board also promoted David Antonelli and Marty Beaulieu as vice chairmen and tapped president Michael Roberge as chief investment officer and global director of research.
