FleetBoston's
Liberty Financial unit has swapped subadvisors on the Liberty All-Star Equity Fund.
Schneider Capital Management will be added to the closed-end fund's five member advisory team on March 1.
Schneider takes over from
Westwood Management. Its mandate is for the value equity portion of the $1.1 billion fund.
The portfolio manager from the firm will be Arnold C. Schneider III. He is president and chief investment officer of Schneider Capital and was a senior vice president at Wellington Management.
Boston Partners, Oppenheimer Capital, Mastrapasqua and Associates, and TCW are the remaining form subadvisors to the fund.
