Morningstar on Tuesday revealed its choices for its Fund Managers of the Year awards. The Chicago-based firm picked Charlie Dreifus of Royce Special Equity for the domestic-stock manager category, Bob Rodriguez and Thomas Atteberry of FPA New Income for the fixed-income manager category and David Samra and Dan O'Keefe of Artisan International Value for the international-stock manager category.
