Glenn is New ICI Chair

The Investment Company Institute has named the elected to serve on its Board for the coming year. The Board of Governors chose Terry K. Glenn, chairman of the Americas and president of Merrill Lynch Funds, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, to serve a one-year term as its Chairman.

It also elected fifteen additional members to its Board for three-year terms. Each of the fifteen elected as Governors last week will serve terms expiring on September 30, 2003. It also elected 2 additional members to fill open positions. They new members of the Board of Governors are:
